- Owner and Operator of Prepare Baseball Training.
- Why I do this: I love helping baseball players improve their performance and reduce injury risk so they can make it to any level of baseball.
- What I do: train baseball players in the gym to improve their speed, explosive power, agility, strength, and conditioning to ultimately improve their on-field performance and reduce injury risk. I do so by prescribing training programs based on each player's unique injury-history, lifestyle habits (nutrition, sleep, and workplace), on-field position(s), and goals.
- Where: In-person training takes place at Peak Fitness located at 215 Eugenie Street West, in Windsor, Ontario, Canada.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Kinetics from the University of Windsor.

- Strength and Conditioning Coach for Tecumseh Thunder AAA 18U Baseball Team.

Experience Playing Baseball:
- Second base for the Windsor Athletic Association in the Can-Am Senior League.
- Middle Infield for the A.K.O Fratmen of the Mic-Mac Junior League.
- Two-Time W.E.C.S.S.A.A and One-Time O.F.S.A.A High School Baseball Champion with the St. Anne's Saints.
Other Notable Training Experiences:
- Learned elite training techniques from a former member of Team USA Track and Field and Bobsled National Teams. This individual was also the head Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Los Angeles Kings in the NHL.
- Observed the training of Olympic Gold and Silver Medalists, a Minor League Detroit Tigers Baseball prospect, Michigan State Spartan Division-one football players (for their NFL combine training), and elite high school athletes.
Services
Semi-Private Training (1-3 participants):
Sessions are conducted at Peak Fitness located at 215 Eugenie Street West in Windsor, Ontario, Canada or live through Zoom.
Private Training (1 participant)
Just me and you for the whole training session either at the gym or live on Zoom.
Smart Phone Remote Training
Workout anywhere you want, anytime following a workout on your phone that I customized to your needs and goals!
How this works: I upload your customized workout in the Train Heroic app which you can access for free on your phone. In the app you will see everything you need to complete your workout including instructional videos, sets, reps, and weight. You then type in the app, your reps and weight, etc. as you workout, along with any comments about the workout or exercises. Then, on my phone, I can review what you entered in the app during your workout and communicate with you to ensure you're safety and progress.

Note: Athlete sessions are 1.5 hours and Non-athlete sessions are 1 hour.
